Seth Ohemeng Dapaah

Director of Monitoring and Evaluation

Dr. Ohemeng-Dapaah is the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead for Millennium Promise, Ghana. He has over 10 years of research experience enhanced by a PhD and MSc in Applied Statistics from Reading University, Reading, UK. Seth has in the past assumed a lead role for impact assessment on baseline studies, mid-term evaluation, and final evaluation household survey-related work in West and Central Africa countries of the Millennium Villages Project (MVP). He also led the overall management and capacity development, coordination of preparatory work for surveys, on-the-ground support at start of surveys, assistance with data management, assurance of host-country Institutional Review Board compliance, generation of site-reports and preparation of baseline reports, and handling of all data requests for Millennium Village sites in West and Central Africa.
