Real-Time Monitoring and Evaluation Systems

Effective and innovative monitoring and evaluation is vital, both for strengthening the link between good science and sound policy, as well as to ensure public confidence in how limited resources are deployed. With hundreds of millions of people still living in extreme poverty, there is a pressing need to better understand how rapid gains can be achieved to maximize the impact of every dollar spent.


MPA has established detailed monitoring and evaluation platforms to monitor program performance, assess progress toward the SDGs,  identify status of social infrastrutures, explore key barriers and facilitators to implementation, and evaluate the costs of the interventions.

Information, Communications Technology (ICT) systems and tools for SDGs

The use of innovative Information, Communications Technology (ICT) systems, and tools are the basis of MPA's SDG solutions Toolkit. MPA SDG ICT tools are a comprised of  tested and proven integrated systems that can be efficiently deployed on devices and customized to meet the needs of unique objectives, projects, geographic locations, and demographics. 


MPA's ICT expertise allow for Real-Time data  collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. With over a decade of experience partnering with an array of institutions, MPA prioritizes knowledge sharing, collaborative dashboards, and places importance on data privacy including access controls.


In recognition of fact that some geographical locations may not have access to network signals due to a number of reasons, systems are designed to perform offline and automatically synch with the designated servers and relay centers once the faintest of signals is acquired.


We configure our systems to function at a high rate of interoperability and integration with existing systems with space for expansion and the addition of other parameters.
