Mahecor DIOUF is the Coordinator of the Infrastructure component of the Support Project for the Development of Female Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment (PADEF / EJ) of the Ministry of Women, Family and Gender (Senegal) including Millennium promised ensures operational implementation.
He leads a team of several experts in the fields of agriculture, education, health and community development.

Mr. DIOUF is a rural engineer, holding a doctorate in agronomy at the University of Thiés in Senegal. He is a researcher at the Laboratory of Water and Environmental Sciences and Techniques (LaSTEE) of the Ecole Polytechnique de Thiès, Senegal. Mr. DIOUF is a temporary teacher at Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, Senegal. He is the author of several scientific articles including:

Mr. DIOUF has a solid experience in the search for innovative solutions for the management of production systems (biogas, solar pumping, water control in irrigation, ecological agriculture, etc.). His work focused on understanding the links between environmental degradation, food insecurity and poverty, as well as the effects of climate change in Senegal. He also has good experience in the design, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of projects and the implementation of investment projects in the field of Agriculture and rural equipment.
