Fatima Bousso Kane

Director of Operations

Fatima has wealth of experience and expertise in the domain of Operations, international development, quantitative and qualitative assessment with experience working with US Government Agencies, International NGOs, UN agencies and multilateral organizations.

In her role at MPA, Fatima supports country and regional management in coordination with MPA’s global functional teams to strengthen field operations, wherever MPA is present. Prior to joining MPA, Fatima held number of roles such as Program Manager, Consultant Impact Evaluation, Financial management specialist, Quant Derivatives Analyst, among others. She holds a Masters in Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University and a Master in Financial Mathematics.
